the strength of the academy

By: j | July 9th, 2008

I could go on and on about the importance of true Academy system that supports domestic talent but today, continuing in a long tradition, Leeds signed seventeen year old Academy products Matty Edwards (Goalkeeper) and (Midfielder) to their first professional contracts with the club. Each were staunch regulars with the U18 last season with Chris leading the squad with nine goals.

I look forward to reporting on their continued growth as well Leeds manager Gary McAllister leadership and support of the Academy.
